I couldn’t recommend the team at Penningtons highly enough, especially Lucie Prothero, Senior Associate, Clinical Negligence. In addition to their legal expertise, I was impressed by the team’s realistic and ambitious goals, patience, determination and exemplary interpersonal skills. The latter is vital for cases like mine, where clients are struggling to rebuild their lives following a traumatic and preventable bereavement of a loved one, caused by medical negligence &/or incompetence.

Medical Negligence Claim for Hip Replacement Surgery

I recently had Hip Replacement surgery which lead to a less than ideal outcome. I needed to have more surgery as a result to correct a LLD only 8 months later..
After much research and after speaking to Arran on the telephoneI I went with Pennington Manches Cooper.
It seemed to be a lengthy process but I feel they guided me thro it very well to a successful outcome..
