    Will Solicitor for my Father's Estate

    I currently reside / live in Australia and Sophie from Redkite Law LLP has been dealing with my Father's Estate after his passing back in the UK. She has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL with the Help she has provided us over here in Perth, WA Australia.     I cannot recommend Red Kite highly enough. Their knowledge, dedication and professionalism made the stressful Family Court process much less daunting from start to finish, and their compassion and understanding greatly helped me cope with, and navigate, the difficult situation I was in.       Be very clear what you expect and when, there can be no ambiguity then. Samantha Williams really pushed through my second purchase when then the first one had fallen through at the last minute, she went above and beyond, brilliant and really appreciated during a stressful time.

What seemed to be a simple sale of land and a renewal of a lease was turning into a nightmare sinareo. However when the files were taken over by Lucy Hollis, that all changed. From our initial meeting in the Carmarthen office Lucy betray a highly friendly professionalism manner that restored confidence in ourselves and the firm of "Red Kite " that the matters were going to be resolved and completed.       I would strongly advise avoiding this firm for any property purchase. I was told 2–3 months, it took 7 months, and the whole process was chaotic and poorly managed. At one point I was days away from losing my mortgage offer due to their delays, and even completion was left to the last minute because “missing documents” were only noticed very late. Hannah, who handled my case, was rude and unhelpful throughout, which made an already stressful situation worse. Also, I had to change the boiler 1month after the purchase for her mistake. I can write a lecture of what I’ve been through from this firm and the lady I mentioned. If you want a smooth property purchase, go elsewhere. If you want stress and constant issues, this is the place!
