I instructed Pepperells to run through Grant of Probate for my late father. The initial quotation and information from Pepperells was excellent and very straight forward. I then ended up with some issues with the service but once Lucy took over, I received much better communication and updates. Thank you so much for your help!

A very caring solicitors who went above and beyond to settle a family estate and bring it to closure, very efficient and the customer care was absolutely brilliant I can thoroughly recommend them , an old established family solicitors who have a keen edge and a powerful thrust in this modern age. Chloe was excellent at keeping on top of my case when my ex-partner's solicitors were absolutely horrid. She was clear, regularly in touch, concise and explained what was happening from her side and what she had done but was waiting for. a pleasure to deal with, would go with Pepperells again!

We honestly couldn’t recommend Paige enough! She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our first home. She kept us updated, always stayed in contact and was extremely helpful in chasing other people when things needed to be pushed along. She explained everything clearly whenever there was something we didn’t quite understand, which made such a difference as first time buyers! She was always so helpful and professional and we felt like we were in safe hands from start to finish. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we really appreciated all the hard work she put in to getting us into our first home. We couldn’t fault her or the service we received.
