I couldn’t recommend the solicitors team highly enough. As a first-time buyer, purchasing my first property felt like a very daunting and stressful experience, but the team made the whole process so much easier and more straightforward than I ever expected. They were always incredibly responsive, professional and helpful whenever I had a question or needed an update. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt that things were being handled properly and that I was in safe hands. Buying your first home can be a very stressful period, but having such a supportive and efficient team behind me made a huge difference. They explained things clearly, kept me updated and worked hard to make sure everything progressed smoothly right through to completion. First time using Banners Jones Solicitors, Chesterfield for conveyancing. Fantastic service from Lucy Pearson and her property team. We sold two houses and purchased another at the same time. Professional service and understanding throughout from the team, despite the stressful situation we were in from our cash buyer, who demanded everything done her way and to her timescales. We had wanted to pull out of this sale on a few occasions but kept grounded by the team and eventually the sale and purchase completed, although not at the same time and we found ourselves homeless for a week even though Lucy gad advised us not to complete on our sale until the purchase was ready. We did complete on the sale and went away, having to make the best of a bad situation. Thank you to everyone in the Lucy Pearson Property Team for all your help and patience.
