Great start, enjoyable race, superb finish 😊
I was looking at doing my will with the National Free Wills Network through the Charity Parkinson’s and I wanted a Solicitors who offered a ‘Home visit’. When I called Banner Jones I was nervous but Vicky who answered made me feel calm immediately as she knew exactly what I was calling about regarding Wills through Charitys. I wasn’t passed around the offices as Vicky sorted an appointment date for my appointment there and then. I was slightly nervous before the appointment as it was an extremely important thing for me to do and I needed it to go well. The appointment was on time and when I opened the door I was met with 2 smiling friendly faces - Aimee and Jake. On entering they respected my property and I felt immediately at ease. A Will is more than often than an emotional and sometimes somber affair but I’m not like that and they could both see straight away that I didn’t want it conducted that way. They followed my humour and it was a great experience with laughs but they were both very professional at all times. Every question I had was answered without a pause as both Aimee and Jake knew their stuff inside and out - the whole visit was wonderful. They left me feeling so relieved to have had such a comforting and comprehensive visit and my relief was palpable. Following up via phone or email to add certain details I omitted and a couple of thoughts I was left with to ponder was flawless. Emails responded to immediately and calls returned promptly if Aimee was out of the office. The second visit to sign the will was just as enjoyable with Aimee and Jake arriving together giving the continuity of a professional company. A copy of the completed signed will was instantly posted out and in keeping with efficiency that the whole process was conducted in. I requested a couple of extras like an extra copy for my executor and an emailed copy for my files - nothing was too much trouble. Lovely follow up messages saying that if I have any other questions etc to contact them at anytime. The review is obviously for Banner Jones the company but in truth it is for Aimee and Jake (and Vicky) whose professionalism, compassion and humour made this a wonderful experience from start to finish - they have such affable personalities. So to finish as my title says. Great start - Vicky, enjoyable race - Aimee and Jake, superb finish Aimee and Jake representing Banner Jones a great company to deal with who’s names I will shout from the rooftops and recommend whole heartedly to family, friends and anyone who will listen. Ps note to the bosses. All 3 are a credit to Banner Jones so maybe a salary review could be on the cards 🤔
