Nadine & Stephanie have been great solicitors to work with. Running an agency, pushing our sales through in timely manner is essential to us. Working with both these ladies makes our lives a lot easier and all our clients have been extremely pleased with their service. Highly recommend.

Consistently excellent

I have used Taylor Rose a few times now and each time they have provided a quality service. One time required them to take over the work of another solicitor’s team, and the difference really highlighted their professionalism. In particular, I would like to thank Sylvia Caudwell and Jane Baird, who have kept things moving, and I really appreciated their hard work and support.

Excellent Service when Purchasing a Property

Samantha Nattrass deserves a special mention as she was absolutely amazing throughout the purchase of my property.

A hiccup at the beginning of the change caused a huge delay, but Samantha did everything she could to ensure I didn't sleep in my car all night... I did have to pay extra charges to my removal men, which was annoying as it was the fault of the first solicitor in the chain. Amy too was extremely helpful in the sale of my previous property.

Sale of property

We used Taylor Rose for the sale of my father’s property and from start to finish the service we received was exceptional. Emma Morel oversaw the sale and Linda Murphy was our day to day point of contact. Linda was fantastic throughout the process, great communication, was proactive in managing all aspects of the sale, and made it as smooth and stress free as you could hope for. We are grateful for all their help and efforts in achieving sale completion in 11 weeks and would highly recommend them.

Wendy Rixon

Following the death of our father, we had used the services of Peter Williams for conveyancing purposes and received a very good service. When a long lost brother brought forward a claim on Dad's Will, Peter recommended Wendy Rixon to take this forward for us. We were initally very worried but Wendy was calm, reassuring and very knowledgeable which put us at ease immediately. Each step of the way, Wendy took the time to explain the process, next steps and our options in detail. She was so friendly and approachable and always made time to dicsuss any questions we had. We are so grateful that we had Wedndy on our side to make this very difficult time so much more bearable I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Wendy to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.

Disappointing

A fairly straightforward conveyancing procedure took an inordinate amount of time with complications created at the solicitors end. Having originally looked for a November completion it was January until this occurred. This was then followed with a final bill +83% above the original quotation. Taylor Rose have explained that the customer care leaflet covers why there is such an increase, but to a first time buyer this came as a shock and made any hope of budgeting impossible. I would be very cautious before using them again.

I instructed Abiola Sealy at Taylor Rose MW (Reigate) in a re-mortgage and partial Staircasing of my Shared Ownership property. Abiola provided concise advice, communicated promptly with all parties involved (mortgage broker, lender and Housing Association). It is always nice having a solicitor available at the end of the phone when needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Abiola.

We've received an excellent service from Sarah and Mandy last June.

They took over our case beginning of June for the purchase of a flat after we've decided to stop with our previous solicitor.
They were very responsive, very professional, and really did everything to hit the end of June deadline for the stamp duty (completion 30th June!).

Thank you very much again to both of you for your excellent work. Highly recommend.
