Company Articles (the Articles of Association) govern a company’s constitution, rights and rules for running the business under England and Wales law. I have been in the property business for over 30 years, and I have used various solicitor firms from London to Edinburgh. However I have never come across such professional, helpful, and efficient solicitors such as Anna and Elinor. They provided me with a wonderful service and were caring towards my needs. They re-wrote the articles of my company and went over and beyond to sort my issues out. They also did a PG certificate. These 2 ladies are the jewel in the crown of your firm and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. If I was looking at employing solicitors myself, I wouldn't hesitate in giving these 2 ladies a job.

We are purchasing in a company name using another solicitor. They told us last minute that we need to use another Solicitor and give a Personal Guarantee. Mohammed was recommended and he explained the reasons why we needed it. Why the broker or their referral solicitor couldn't explain this to us earlier, I do not know. BMTC dealt with it last minute and Mohammed treated us like humans and not just throwing complicated jargon at us. We managed to complete on target despite this being thrown at us last minute. Thank you
