Excellent, efficient service. Would use again if needed.
After being made redundant due to the Covid Pandemic, I was asked to sign a Settlement Agreement and a Termination Agreement by the company. I was not comfortable with certain clauses within the Agreements so contact Pepperells to seek guidance. Steve Orridge was quick to respond and was able understand and explain the issues I raised. Steve wrote a legal response to my employers outlining my issues and suggestions and was able to change the Clauses in the documents to my benefit and satisfaction. Excellent work and would highly recommend for Employment law issues.

I thoroughly recommend Teigan. I had been putting off making a new Will for over 15 years but Teigan made me feel comfortable and at ease to communicate my wishes and it was all done through my preferred style of communication. Thank you for a brilliant service.

A very caring solicitors who went above and beyond to settle a family estate and bring it to closure, very efficient and the customer care was absolutely brilliant I can thoroughly recommend them , an old established family solicitors who have a keen edge and a powerful thrust in this modern age. Great bunch of guys absolutely top notch they are.
I used this solicitors for the sale of my property, and found very un helpful and disrespectful. Sarish was rude, i have now changed my solicitors but i am still recieving demanding e mails regarding on boarding which is unacceptable. I also have not recieved my Refund.

The service that we received from Paige was excellent. She was supportive and considerate, never failing to reply quickly and patient and reassuring when answering our numerous questions. Paige kept us fully informed of the progress on our sale and subsequent purchase.
One or two spellings of forenames and surnames incorrect on proof draft but rectified when pointed out. Awaiting return of completed document. Overall a pleasant and stress free process and Teigan has a professional and friendly manner. I wish her all the best for the future.
