reason for two stars for GloverPriest Solicitors is poor communication ! and the whole process took way to long .It wasnt until Chloe Trueman took over did things move fast and communication was perfect ! at the very beginning of this whole process i should have been given a complete list of everything i needed to provide .and not asked for towards the end ! i had a 3 week period where i sent emails asking for updates and i got no reply ! if im paying for a service its not my problem if your company has staff issues ! its very unprofessional to keep your customers in the dark about what is going on . A massive thank you to Chloe Trueman you have been fist class !

Thank you for your review Alister, I am sorry to hear that the initial experience didn't go as you would expect. I am pleased to see Chloe Trueman did ensure she met and exceed your expectations and your transaction did complete. I will feed back your comments and look into the areas where we can develop a stronger level of communication.
The estate agent marketing the property I wanted to buy recommended Glover Priest’s Lichfield office and I was grateful that they did as Stephen, Nadine and Ellie worked quickly and diligently to ensure that a complex chain was completed smoothly and in an impressive timescale. At all times I felt well informed with the latest status and next steps and everyone involved was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you all, I will certainly recommend your services.

Having struggled to find a Solicitors to trust with our conveyancing I stumbled across Glover Priest. They had positive reviews and we went ahead. Very glad we did as they were exceptional from start to finish. From the ease of the online questionnaire to the rapid response to emails and questions. They were briilliant throughout. Big thanks to Emma Shaw who looked after us. I believe she has since moved on but she was great. Would highly recommend. If the service is what we received you will be more than happy.

We used Glover Priest for a recent house purchase. We dealt mainly with Andrew and Trina. Andrew and the team were quick to spot some issues with incomplete planning permission and ensured that this was completely resolved before completion and we were protected from a significant risk. This took some notable patience and diplomacy with the sellers solicitors who often proved to be uncommunicative and stubborn. We'd like to thank Andrew and the team for sticking with what turned out to be a unnecessarily long process. We would not hesitate in recommending them to others.

I honestly cannot fault the service I received from Jordan and Chloe throughout what turned out to be an incredibly difficult and stressful property sale. They were professional, supportive, responsive and consistently proactive throughout the entire process. Despite the numerous complications and ongoing difficulties caused by the buyers’ solicitors, they did everything they could to keep things moving, chase for updates and push for progress. I always felt they were doing everything within their power to get the sale over the line, and I cannot thank them enough for their patience, hard work and perseverance. Selling a property is stressful enough without all the additional complications we experienced, and having two people who genuinely cared and continued to fight my corner made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Jordan and Chloe to anyone looking for solicitors who are committed, approachable and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Thank you both for everything. I’m just sorry you had to endure such a memorable transaction with me. Looking forward to working with you again for my property purchase!
