Considerate and professional firm with reasonable rates. With an unexpected requirement for a time sensitive, simultaneous exchange and completion in a few days this was handled with professionalism and efficiency. I mostly dealt with Kimberley’s legal assistant Harmandeep who was quick to respond and very helpful. They are a good team.

Supposed to phone me on a Tuesday, heard nothing, they phoned the following week on a Wednesday when I was at work, so was a missed call,I phoned them that afternoon said they woul get solicitor to phone me back but it may be tomorrow,I said that's fine, one week later still no call so I phoned again,they apologized,said they woul get her to call me, another week gone by nothing so I went to the office, all locked up and message saying they are only taking phone appointments, so I phoned again,still waiting for that call back another 2 weeks later,had to seek advice from another solicitor.

They were extremely helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their clear communication, professionalism, and genuine support made a huge difference during what can be a complicated time, made even more complicated by a tight deadline. I have had a nothing but positive experiences. I have been instructing/dealing with these on several matters over the last 7 years and always dealt with Rhys and the latest matter was with Rhys & Kerry. Every-time its the same efficient experience. It’s seamless and any legal jargon thrown into the mix mainly from other parties questions have been explained in layman’s terms. Stephanie and Cristina were fantastic throughout the purchase process. They gave clear advice and instructions on what was needed and by when. I mainly emailed them and they replied promptly and professionally and the odd times that needed a direct phone call they and the other staff (when Stephanie and Cristina weren’t available) were great to deal with. The price paid for their conveyancing service was competitive too. Will definitely recommend and use again if a need arises.
