Considerate and professional firm with reasonable rates. With an unexpected requirement for a time sensitive, simultaneous exchange and completion in a few days this was handled with professionalism and efficiency. I mostly dealt with Kimberley’s legal assistant Harmandeep who was quick to respond and very helpful. They are a good team.

Currently starting the legal process of buying and selling and was comparing quotes, spoke to a lady from GloverPriest called Amy. She was very helpful and even offered to look at quotes which I had received from different companies to find out if there was any hidden costs they hadn’t outlined which I took her up on. Supposed to phone me on a Tuesday, heard nothing, they phoned the following week on a Wednesday when I was at work, so was a missed call,I phoned them that afternoon said they woul get solicitor to phone me back but it may be tomorrow,I said that's fine, one week later still no call so I phoned again,they apologized,said they woul get her to call me, another week gone by nothing so I went to the office, all locked up and message saying they are only taking phone appointments, so I phoned again,still waiting for that call back another 2 weeks later,had to seek advice from another solicitor.

We hired Phoebe Tracey for our purchase of a property and it’s been 8 months she is so late she don’t reply emails nor attend calls. Because of her our first mortgage expired and we had to do second one paid more funds for mortgage. And still she is doing nothing.
