We cannot recommend GloverPriest Solicitors highly enough, and in particular Laura Underhill, who dealt with our house sale and purchase from start to finish. Moving house is stressful at the best of times, and our transaction certainly had its fair share of hurdles and complications. Throughout it all, Laura was absolutely exceptional. She was incredibly professional, proactive, responsive and, above all, genuinely kind and approachable. No matter how many questions we had or how often we contacted her, we were never made to feel like a nuisance. Laura always took the time to explain things clearly, kept us updated and, whenever another hurdle appeared, simply got on with finding a solution. Her calm reassurance made such a difference and meant we always felt that everything was in the safest possible hands. We were also incredibly impressed by the dedication and care Laura showed throughout the process. She went above and beyond for us, and it was clear how much she genuinely cared about getting everything over the line. We honestly don’t think we would have got through the process without her. Externally poor communication provided and had to send the same information several times to the Stourbridge branch and delayed purchase -very stressful. Wish I had read reviews of others that had similar experience.

Incredible conveyancing team who truly fight for their clients!
