Hi , my co executor and I recently asked Jade Williams to do the conveyance work on my late fathers house. Throughout she was on the ball and responsive to any and all questions/queries. Even when there were snags on the buyers side she helped over and above what you really expect these days. I am utterly appalled by the unprofessionalism and incompetence displayed by Taylor Rose, specifically by Ehsan Hoque. My case has been dragged out for an excruciating 7 months, only to be informed at the last minute that he couldn’t proceed. The communication throughout this ordeal was abysmal, bordering on non-existent.
Ehsan Hoque's repeated disappearances, including two trips to Bangladesh during this critical period, were inexcusable and caused significant delays. His lack of responsiveness and failure to provide timely updates not only frustrated me but also put immense pressure on the vendor and the agent, who were on the verge of pulling the deal multiple times due to his incompetence.
The entire process was a nightmare, filled with constant headaches and unnecessary stress. The agent even threatened to cancel the deal because of the repeated delays caused by Ehsan’s negligence. His disregard for my case and lack of professionalism has cost me time, money, and peace of mind.
I would strongly advise anyone considering Taylor Rose to look elsewhere. My experience with Ehsan Hoque has been nothing short of a disaster, and I wouldn’t wish this level of frustration on anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Sarah stepped in after a difficult start to my sale and managed to resolve a fairly tricky situation within a day. My buyer had insisted that the sale had to move quickly and she was able to get me to exchange within a couple of weeks. She literally moved mountains and made me feel like my transaction was the most important and the only one she was dealing with even though I know she was dealing with many other transactions. My selling agents and the buyer both complimented her too. Could not recommended Sarah enough, the best solicitor I’ve ever come across.

The lawyer we received for the sale and purchase of our property was incompetent. On multiple occasions they tried to charge additional hidden costs for basic paperwork. They lost our documents after posting them and were uncommunicative for days at a time

Where do i start! I am going o make it short.
Unable to provide the most update information to my lender and myself. No one replies to my emails not even the case holder manager. Only if its a professional body. Saying they dont have the files and they do. Had to do the all the chasing and the job for them. I was given the wrong information. You cant rely on them at all. The case is still not resolved.
