    I unreservedly recommend Joanne Reader of Clifton Ingram Solicitors, Wokingham, to anyone seeking an expert in Residential Conveyancing. Jo was always immediately available to discuss any developments in the sale of my deceased brother’s property and more recently, the sale of our own property and purchase of another. Despite matters in both the sale and purchase chains, becoming quite stressful; with one purchaser pulling out and then wanting back in, delays in lodging funds at the bottom of the chain, contravention of planning rules at one property and unbelievably, outdated Land Registry documentation; J0's calm, considered reassurance supported my wife and me throughout. We were particularly grateful for her painstaking attention to detail and keeping us up to date each step of the way, dispensing honest advice whenever we raised concerns.       Great support and guidance

      I had a really positive experience with Clifton Ingram and would definitely recommend them. Lizzie and Lois supported me throughout the negotiation stage of my matter and were both professional, approachable and very supportive throughout what was a complicated process. Once a settlement had been agreed, Haaris took over and guided me through the final stages, explaining the practical and legal steps clearly and patiently. As this was my first time dealing with solicitors, I had a lot of questions, but everyone was very responsive and always took the time to explain things properly.       I cannot recommend Lois Stacey and the team at Clifton Ingram highly enough. They assisted us with a particularly difficult and protracted landlord/tenant possession matter, which involved a number of complications along the way. From the outset, Lois was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. She took the time to explain the legal position clearly, provided practical advice throughout and was always very patient in answering my questions, even when the situation became increasingly frustrating. What I particularly appreciated was that Lois was not simply focused on the legal process, but also on finding the most sensible and proportionate way forward given the circumstances. Her guidance before and after the hearing was invaluable, and she handled the matter with a level of professionalism and care that gave us considerable confidence throughout. David Goddard, who initially assisted with the matter, was also very helpful and professional. Ultimately, we were able to obtain vacant possession of the property without needing to proceed to enforcement, and I am very grateful to Lois and the team for their assistance in getting us to this point. A thoroughly professional and highly recommended service.
