    Accident that wasn’t my fault

    Joe was given the job of my duty solicitor for what was the worst time of my life. Never been in a police car or a police station or interviewed under caution. I was so worried even though I’d done nothing wrong. Joe was so calm and professional and made sure so was ok and calm. Reassured me and gave me the best advice. After the interview he stayed behind with me and went through things again reassuring me. Letting me know if anything else comes back but he didn’t think it would that I can contact him anytime.. Joe was really thorough and great service would definitely use him again but hoping I don’t need to.

    Called theses today who assisted me quickly and professionally I spoke with Lisa the solicitor who gave me the advice I needed and Victoria the receptionist.
