Predominantly dealt with Karen and Diane for the sale/purchase. Both were excellent at providing information and updates throughout and no call, email or query felt like too much. Very human and personable communication which helped to keep me relaxed during what is a stressful time. Having used Russell and Russell for the purchase of two properties and the purchase of another, I would highly recommend and won't hesitate to use them again for future transactions.

I Wasnt actually asked to write this review but have gone out my way to do it. R&R were apointed by a mortgage lender for their side of things. I had a look at their reviews and was worried about some saying slow service ect but I just wanted to say Ammarah was fantastic. Absolutely terrible solicitors ( especially Harry who looks about 15yrs old) Absolutely awful no clue atall about the case or the prosecution.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY WILL GET YOU CONVICTED weather you are not guilty or guilty. TERRIBLE SOLICITORS !!!!!
