Predominantly dealt with Karen and Diane for the sale/purchase. Both were excellent at providing information and updates throughout and no call, email or query felt like too much. Very human and personable communication which helped to keep me relaxed during what is a stressful time. Having used Russell and Russell for the purchase of two properties and the purchase of another, I would highly recommend and won't hesitate to use them again for future transactions.

I had a look at their reviews and was worried about some saying slow service ect but I just wanted to say Ammarah was fantastic. Very poor interaction…. I buzzed their door only for a blonde lady to open the door and procede to look down at me as if I was some hobo spice head ( I was not dressed to the nines i was in gym attire) and then proceed with a barrage of questions akin to the Spanish Inquisition… Not a place I’d go to for legal advice given this interaction…
