    It was quick and painless. I had checked around and costs were siliar to other firms. This had a good reputation and easy to access for a face to face service. Love the record of Will etc enclosed, very handly to put it all in.

    5 months to sell an empty house with no chain. Failed to study deeds resulting in last minute request for death certificate of our late father who died years ago. Failed to pass on requests from buyer's solicitor. They even failed to release the funds on completion until we chased them up 6 days later. Failed on every level to do the most basic conveyancing causing us a great deal of unnecessary stress and anxiety during what was already a very difficult time for us. Nice, big, flash state of the art offices though. They should be embarrassed at the quality of service they sold us.

      Rebecca Hodge is a credit to your firm and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was the first (and hopefully only!) time I've used a solicitor for a personal injury claim and I was very happy with the outcome. Being new to legal matters some of the letters could be a bit scary as its not something I've had to understand before.       Russell and Russell were, without doubt, the most disappointing solicitors I have ever dealt with. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to think carefully before proceeding. The entire process appeared poorly managed, with important tasks repeatedly left until the last minute, resulting in unnecessary stress and delays. There seemed to be little accountability when mistakes were made, and the level of customer service was extremely poor throughout.
