    Time to make a Will

    It was quick and painless. I had checked around and costs were siliar to other firms. This had a good reputation and easy to access for a face to face service. Love the record of Will etc enclosed, very handly to put it all in.

    5 months to sell an empty house with no chain. Failed to study deeds resulting in last minute request for death certificate of our late father who died years ago. Failed to pass on requests from buyer's solicitor. They even failed to release the funds on completion until we chased them up 6 days later. Failed on every level to do the most basic conveyancing causing us a great deal of unnecessary stress and anxiety during what was already a very difficult time for us. Nice, big, flash state of the art offices though. They should be embarrassed at the quality of service they sold us.

      My experience with Daniel was not a good one, without going into too much detail, what I will say is, I followed his advice and it was wrong. I have had to file a complaint with his firm and with the Ombudsman

      Very poor interaction…. I buzzed their door only for a blonde lady to open the door and procede to look down at me as if I was some hobo spice head ( I was not dressed to the nines i was in gym attire) and then proceed with a barrage of questions akin to the Spanish Inquisition… Not a place I’d go to for legal advice given this interaction…
