Chris was great as our solicitor as first-time buyers. He/ his team would always respond within a few hours, answering all questions, and the whole process (instructing -> keys) only took 11 weeks! I would definitely recommend and the process went smoothly

We appointed BLJ (Maghull Branch), to carry out the conveyancing on a recent purchase. The service we received from inception to completion was first class. We would like to thank in particular Rachael Webster and Natasha Shaw, for all of their hard work and pro-active approach, to ensure that we 'got over the line' with the purchase. They were professional, knowledgeable and approachable.
