I can not recommend Katie and her team enough, Katie helped me at a time when I really needed it and She was extremely professional through out the whole process. Although we were shielded from most of the flak fired by the buyers solicitor. It became obvious that a lot of ridiculous demands were made in a adversarial manner. We were probably unaware of the worst examples' that made the process less stressful than it could have been. All the guidance we needed was clear and prompt. The online processes were straight forward.

Trustworthy Honest ..They gave me a price and that is the price I paid which is very rare. They were very patient great communicators but most of all they look after you and protect you I knew that as much as it's frustrating and stressful buying a house they were making sure that I was protected and everything was legal.I would recommend Holly and her team to anyone purchasing a house 🏠

First time using Banners Jones Solicitors, Chesterfield for conveyancing. Fantastic service from Lucy Pearson and her property team. We sold two houses and purchased another at the same time. Professional service and understanding throughout from the team, despite the stressful situation we were in from our cash buyer, who demanded everything done her way and to her timescales. We had wanted to pull out of this sale on a few occasions but kept grounded by the team and eventually the sale and purchase completed, although not at the same time and we found ourselves homeless for a week even though Lucy gad advised us not to complete on our sale until the purchase was ready. We did complete on the sale and went away, having to make the best of a bad situation. Thank you to everyone in the Lucy Pearson Property Team for all your help and patience.

Megan Taff Property Team at Banner Jones were excellent in the way they handled the sale of my house and the purchase of my new house and I thoroughly recommend them.
