Amber handled my house sales and to be fair, it wasn’t the most straight forward due to an awkward leasing agent. Amber handled all the issues with professionalism and we were kept informed all the way through. I’ve used Banner Jones in the past for house purchase, divorce settlement and wills. I worked with Mr. Peter Jones as my QLR. He was very helpful and made me understand the process very well. Also, documented the court hearing explaining details that gave me clarity for next steps and current proceedings.
Was represented by Vince Beckworth and Sarah White. During my family law case I found it very stressful and they were amazing, honest and very much to the point. I imagine I was a difficult client at times however they were extremely patient and supportive during a very stressful time. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Very good solicitors that's all I will say. They have family law offices in South Yorkshire as well. I had gone to 5 solicitor firms this people really stepped up putting the previous law firms to shame. Their receptionists and secretaries are excellent and very patient. I would highly recomend these people to potential clients on the Autism Spectrum. As long as you explain your condition they will show you understanding rather than just paying lip service. Their paralegals are excellent!

Jake Coy has been the assigned solicitor to support myself and my 3 siblings to assist us after our father's death. Jake is always approachable, friendly whilst still being professional, keeps everyone informed and updated. He has travelled to our local office so that we can meet him face to face, as well as always available by phone or e mail, if out of office when I have called, he promptly returns my call. Trustworthy Honest ..They gave me a price and that is the price I paid which is very rare. First time using Banners Jones Solicitors, Chesterfield for conveyancing. Fantastic service from Lucy Pearson and her property team. We sold two houses and purchased another at the same time. Professional service and understanding throughout from the team, despite the stressful situation we were in from our cash buyer, who demanded everything done her way and to her timescales. We had wanted to pull out of this sale on a few occasions but kept grounded by the team and eventually the sale and purchase completed, although not at the same time and we found ourselves homeless for a week even though Lucy gad advised us not to complete on our sale until the purchase was ready. We did complete on the sale and went away, having to make the best of a bad situation. Thank you to everyone in the Lucy Pearson Property Team for all your help and patience.
