Jake Coy has been the assigned solicitor to support myself and my 3 siblings to assist us after our father's death. Jake is always approachable, friendly whilst still being professional, keeps everyone informed and updated. He has travelled to our local office so that we can meet him face to face, as well as always available by phone or e mail, if out of office when I have called, he promptly returns my call. I would recommend Banner Jones Solicitors to help in these difficult times.

We instructed Banner Jones Solicitors to handle a disputed will. Our solicitor, initially instructed that the executor step down so the dispute could move forward, while communication was good at times, she was often unavailable, and the case went on for a long period without any clear answers or progress. Every piece of evidence possible was provided to fight the case, but the other side dragged the matter on without being properly challenged. The dispute was eventually ended and not long after we ended the dispute our solicitor left the firm. Since the executor has rejoined, it has been discovered that a huge mistake was made in the handling of the case by Banner Jones. This has left us feeling incredibly angry, stressed, and disappointed!! Based on our experience, we would not recommend this firm!
Absolutely rubbish service from the probate team would definitely not use again

Trustworthy Honest ..They gave me a price and that is the price I paid which is very rare.
