    35 yrs of buying and selling houses, this one was the worst. Our transaction was un necessarily complex due to the sellers attitude. Sarah and her team (a nod to Amy) were relentless in pursuing our demands and would not waiver on any point. Sarah had my back at all times and was kind polite and above all professional.     Having our original solicitors go into administration over night after 5 months into the process of selling our home and buying our new home is practically unheard of and needless to say extremely stressful. We researched local firms with an office we could visit in our area and recognised the firm name immediately as they have an office in the centre if town. I have to say, that both Shelly, the conveyancer and Sally were outstanding. From start to finish we were kept informed and the sale and purchase went through in a few months. It was so lovely to meet Shelly in person which is a rareity in this day and age. I would definitely recommend this firm to friends and family looking to sell/buy a home. A huge thank to both ladies who were so professional and empathetic to our situation

    Our purchase was complicated when our original solicitors went into administration 5 months into us selling our house and buying our new home.       We have been incredibly pleased with the service provided by Elliot Mather LLP, especially Joni Johnson. From the very beginning, Joni made the process feel personal and reassuring by arranging a greeting call to introduce themselves and talk us through what to expect. This small touch made a big difference and helped us feel comfortable, supported and in safe hands from the start. We also had a tight deadline of under 3 months to complete our purchase, as our mortgage agreement was due to expire but the team worked quickly and efficiently to help make this possible, keeping things moving and doing everything they could to progress the transaction within the timeframe.
