    Our transactions have not been straightforward and have been dealt with a standard of professionalism over and above what we would have expected. Our dealings could be best described as being on a friend to friend basis which made interaction between both parties very reasuring

    We instructed Attwells in the aftermath of the failure of the online firm we had been using. They could not have been more efficient kind responsive or effective. It started with a seemingly simple thing, having an actual person answering the telephone who was knowledgable about the firm and their business. Within seconds we were speaking to someone who could and did advise us how to proceed. They dealt with our now extremely urgent conveyancing quickly and professionally and we are in no doubt that without them the deal would have fallen through. In our chain we were the only people who could directly contact the person handling our file and in fact others were calling Attwells for assistance in reaching their solicitors. We never failed to speak to someone who could respond to our queries. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Finally I would like to add that the fee we paid was not that much higher than the online provider but in terms of value for money it was ridiculously good value.

    Our solicitor, Valerie Cheek, has patiently led us through every stage of buying our house. She was informative, very responsive, friendly and approachable (not something that you always associate with solicitors!). We highly recommend her. If we ever need conveyancing in the future, we will have no hesitation in returning to Attwells. Update. Three months later we used the services of Valerie to sell our flat. It was another positive experience and we unreservedly recommend Attwell's and particularly her.

    Fantastic experience in buying and selling property. They will deliver

    We had a complex conveyance situation. Atwells were recommended and they were amazing. Lilly Bartlett in particular was so responsive and efficient and helped navigate us through in perfect time. The fees were reasonable. I highly recommend and if the need arises in the future they will be our first stop.

      Our conveyance solicitor, Stuart Milbourne was very professional and polite even in the face of some disgraceful behaviour from other solicitors who should know how to behave. In a world where email is king, if you phoned him he answered. If he was busy, he called back very quickly. I would highly recommend both Stuart, Holly and the entire firm.

      We used Atwells for our recent house move, and the service from the start was excellent. Holly the paralegal was very efficient with our paperwork and providing answers to our questions. We were assigned Stuart Milbourne as our solicitor and he was exceptional. He communicated promptly, he answered our questions and he helped chase other solicitors when it was starting to drag on!!
