    A huge Thank You

    I recently suffered a horrific car crash, totally not my fault. Hit head on by boy racer.trying to overtake on a blind.bend. I was advised to claim against this 20 year old as I suffered a broken back, several other medical problems and have been diagnosed with PTSD. The care, empathy and feeling of genuinely being looked after helped me get through this horrendous time. I cannot thank Rebecca and her lovely team enough for this. I shall always be grateful. No amount of money could compensate for having to go through this dreadful time. Losing the car I loved , Christmas with my loved ones, and a holiday with friends. Throughout this time I knew I could count on Rebecca, who always had ‘me’ at heart. Thank you 💕

    My experience with Daniel was not a good one, without going into too much detail, what I will say is, I followed his advice and it was wrong. I have had to file a complaint with his firm and with the Ombudsman

    Rebecca Hodge is a credit to your firm and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was the first (and hopefully only!) time I've used a solicitor for a personal injury claim and I was very happy with the outcome. Being new to legal matters some of the letters could be a bit scary as its not something I've had to understand before.       Solicitors for these kind of services often get not the best reviews. I feel this cause they deal with difficult situations I can say for certain that Russell and Russell were great for me. It helped me with a transfer of equity and remortgage and they were fantastic throughout even when various other parties were being totally useless. They rolled up their sleeves and continued to push the other parties to get the things we needed to get it sorted in time. A huge thank you to Vanisha & Oyindamola. Thank you both!
