Malcolm has supported throughout my spouses journey to being settled in the UK. The response from the Home Office is always prompt and efficient. This final time it took longer then usual but still well before the Home Office timeframe. Malcolm provided reassurance throughout the time and was prompt in responding to any questions we had. Really disappointed with the service. I contacted the firm for help with what should have been a very straightforward matter — simply verifying copies of my driving licence and council tax statement for my bank. Unfortunately, they were unwilling to help, despite this being a basic request that would have taken very little time. I found the whole experience unnecessarily difficult and unhelpful. I appreciate firms are busy, but when someone is asking for a simple document verification service, I would expect a solicitor’s office to at least try to assist or explain clearly why they cannot. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them for this type of straightforward work.
I am sorry that we were unable to help. Unfortunately verifying identity documents is just not a service that we offer.
