My cousin brought a claim against my uncle's estate (of which I am a beneficiary) under "The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975", and the independent administrator of an estate advised me to seek legal advice from a specialist ACTAPS solicitor. The independent administrator provided me with a huge directory of ACTAPS solicitors, and I initially felt lost. By looking at reviews (online), I was very impressed by what clients said about RFB, and (in particular) the partner Devorah Ormonde. I really did not know what to expect at my initial meeting, but when I met Devorah, I knew I was dealing with someone who was highly professional. Devorah quickly put my mind at rest, as she had dealt with many other similar claims (on both sides). After using her managerial skills to bring all parties to the table for the 'standstill agreement', Devorah negotiated a favourable 'settlement agreement' with my cousin's lawyers, thus preventing the need for costly proceedings to be issued. Devorah always kept me up to date by email and provided me with a detailed billing guide at short notice. Devorah's services were worth every penny. I was very lucky to find such a great solicitor who was an expert in her field. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

We recently did our will and the support and advice offered by our solicitor Emily Barker was fantastic. A professional and efficient service, but also very compassionate and kind which was needed when discussing something sensitive like a will. Would highly recommend.
I highly recommend Miss Gamze Demir from the company! Buying a property was very stressful process, especially with pressure from the estate agent and the seller made it hard to deal with, but Miss Gamze handled everything brilliantly. Honestly, I cannot thank the team enough. A special mention to Teresa Brady - Who can only be described as the savour of the whole transaction. Her knowledge and guidance put me at ease when times got tough. Emily Ashenden and Harold Coombe Also were brilliant. Super Professional from start to finish. I was very disappointed with the service I received from RFB Legal Solicitors. In particular, my case was handled by Mrs Yasam Assad, whose approach I found to be rude and unprofessional. I also felt that my relatively straightforward case was not managed competently. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

Very poor experience with this firm as a whole. There were repeated mistakes, including accounting and calculation errors, delays, and serious communication issues. The overall handling of my case caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Be aware of unexpected or unclear costs.
