These solicitors are the most disgraceful, unprofessional and incompetent people I’ve ever had to deal with in my life! The lack of communication and the disgusting attitudes from them on a constant basis will genuinely aggravate you more than your current situation! I’m being dead serious when I say this ! AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS ! They do not fight your corner, they do not communicate with people that are involved including yourself or officers (if they are involved) and when you reach out to retrieve information about your case you get ignored for no reason or a nasty attitude back ! Now idea how they’re still in business and they’ve made my mental health much worse than it needed to be !

Abigail come to see me at swinton police station yesterday about a charge of criminal damage she was very professional and polite and listened to me very carefully and helped me with the charge to make sure I said what only needed to be said in interview although she is a trainee solicitor this person knows what is what and I got off with pre charge bail also she will be coming back in February so I highly recommend her services not only a credit to her employers but a massive credit to anybody she helps well done abigail.

Came looking for a solicitor they didn’t even let in through the door
Last weekend i was detained by police on false allegations. Andy Costello my solicitor listened my case very carefully and and provided me with 2 to 3 options and even explained the outcomes of every single statement. I have had a great experience using Russell and Russell for my house move. Communication has been excellent throughout the process with timely responses and clear explanations about each step of the process. Katie needs a special mention, she is a friendly, professional conveyancing assistant and handled my general enquiries quickly and efficiently throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble. Had an absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Zoe Harryman, Claire Holding and Victoria Pearson who handled the purchase of our new property and the sale of our old house. Very poor interaction…. I buzzed their door only for a blonde lady to open the door and procede to look down at me as if I was some hobo spice head ( I was not dressed to the nines i was in gym attire) and then proceed with a barrage of questions akin to the Spanish Inquisition… Not a place I’d go to for legal advice given this interaction…
