I used Michala for my remortgage, which I thought would be a straightforward process. Michala quickly picked up on an error with my previous mortgage that had been made by a different solicitors, four years ago. Michala then helped me to get this resolved and went above and beyond to make sure this was sorted as quickly as it could be. Without her, I have no doubt that my offer would probably have expired and I would have been in quite a desperate position. Thank you so much for everything, I cannot recommend highly enough

I had previously been with a face to face family solicitor. But I was recommended to use Eric Robinson who are very on trend. But I persuaded ER that I was not going use a password every time I wanted to check progress., I am a senior and this was a step too far. But ER agreed to sending emails. It worked out fine.

Generally, our clients will meet their solicitor face to face on the basis that we have 8 client facing offices. However, it is appreciated that if an office location is not convenient or if a client prefers, we are able in most cases to facilitate a remote transaction.

Down the years I have seen a number of friends fall into the trap of assuming that the law will deliver in close alignment with their personal perception of 'what is fair'. And they have been left winded by legal realities. When I found myself entering such a situation, I knew needed to get things straight from the beginning by getting all unhelpful assumptions out of the way. Dana Hughes did just this in the space of just one session, and from then on I knew what cards I had and how to proceed. I cannot emphasize just how helpful this was and how having clarity about the matter in dispute increased my confidence in the subsequent interactions about the matter.

I have no hesitation in recommending the Merriman solicitors in Marlborough. I have used their services on several occasions for house purchases and similar matters. Thank you for this feedback, which is much appreciated. We appreciate that electronic onboarding may seem a little alien, but it is convenient to many, and does save a substantial amount of time. Other than this, we deduce that you were very happy with the service we were able to provide. Thank you once again.

I received help, guidance and support at an early stage concerning an issue with a letting agent and rented property. The meeting allowed me fully understand my position. The service provided was straight the the point and I considered the advise given helpful and very detailed. With out this support I would have taken a wrong line of action.
