I have been accused of harassment by friends of 5 years. It got to the point where they involved the police and I was asked to attend a voluntary interview. Hannah Jones turned up, looking assured and confident. That put me at ease straight away. We had a short debrief and then the interview commenced. Whilst Hannah di not have too much in the way of input, I could tell she was most certainly paying attention and would steer me on course if I strayed. At the end, she did make a comment that made me laugh, as did the interviewing police officer, about this whole sorry affair. Hannah made sure I was protected throughout. When we left, Hannah commented that in most cases, the honest truth was not always the best option, but Hannah indicated that I had been refreshingly honest throughout. There have been some follow up actions and Hannah has been prompt and professional in all her responses. I was having a mental health crises following the voluntary interview, and despite my ramblings via email, Hannah put a metaphorical reassuring hand on my shoulder. Therapy works. If I were to enter into our legal "system" ever again, I would have no hesitation to request that Hannah represented me.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Tom and the entire team. Ruth was equally important in preparing me for trial. She took the time to go through the events and evidence with me in considerable detail. Her calm and thoughtful approach helped me organise my thoughts, understand the process and feel properly prepared. She gave me reassurance without ever giving me false confidence, and her support made a genuine difference. I also want to give particular recognition to Millie for the enormous amount of work she carried out behind the scenes. She worked through a huge amount of evidence with incredible patience and attention to detail, producing clear and structured notes that were invaluable to the preparation of my case. I had complete confidence that the evidence was being properly examined and that nothing important was being overlooked. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another case. The professionalism, communication, attention to detail and genuine care shown by all three of them were exceptional throughout. After an extremely difficult year, the outcome was a not-guilty verdict. I know that the result is ultimately for the court to determine, but I have no doubt that I was exceptionally well represented and thoroughly prepared to put my case forward. Tom, Ruth and Millie have helped me through one of the most difficult periods of my life and helped me begin to reclaim my life again. I will always be genuinely grateful to them. Outstanding legal representation, outstanding preparation and outstanding support from start to finish. I would recommend Tom and the team without hesitation.

I would never use these again I said for 6 months my stuff was taken illegally which I now have an apology for and that I want to plead not guilty but I was pressured by some old fella to plead guilty and asked me if I have autism look at yourself mate. When he later admitted he had no idea on social media harassment and apologised to me but the damage is done. Poor solicitors and if you use legal aid they will work with the government to convict you
