I contacted Karen Cole at RIAA Barker Gillette through a recommendation from a close family friend, regarding an employment dismissal dispute. From the start Karen was very upfront with her expectations and the associated costs that were to be expected with undertaking the dispute. She worked diligently and professionally, and within a week of contacting Karen, the dispute had been settled with my former employer, resulting in a very positive outcome. Firstly what a professional company. My friend recommended the company and in particularly Karen Cole. In Ms Cole's absence Patrick Simpson returned my email and this is with whom took on my case. In my first contact I mealy wanted to have a conversation regarding my situation. Patrick was extremely hopeful with honest feedback about my options. It wasn't for a few wks/mnths later when my employer completely did a 180 on me prompting me to move forward with Patrick and bring a case to my employer. Patrick has been knowledgeable and thorough throughout this time. He has moved this forward on every occasion and the outcome has been over and above anything I could have hoped for. I think 'Joe public' tend to feel somewhat nervous around anything legal but Patrick has constantly put me at ease, explained everything and has thought ahead on everything making this an extremely easy process. Karen and later Patrick were an incredibly supportive team. I found them to be very patient, always willing to explain options, processes etc. The hearing week when stress levels were high for me, they took time to ensure I was support and all my needs met and questions answered. I hope to never go through this process again but if I have to I would go back to them again.

I'm extremely happy with the service provided by RIAA Barker Gillette. They were very professional; dealt with my matter at speed and were very accommodating with my disability. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I need a lawyer.
We had an excellent experience working with Michael Davies and his team on the sale of our property. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and highly diligent throughout the entire process. Communication was always prompt and clear, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel very well managed. What stood out most was their commitment even after completion — they continued to follow up on outstanding matters and ensured everything was fully finalised, even a year later. That level of care and professionalism is rare and very much appreciated. I would highly recommend their services.

Absolutely brilliant, fast, professional, clear and delivered a robust service. Recent mortgage oversight from Ben Marks and Anne was superbly dealt with and I intend on moving all my business to them. For a big firm they really do pay attention to detail.
