After speaking with several solicitors, I chose Sarah Hallett to represent me because she immediately stood out as highly professional, honest, and genuinely invested in my case. From the outset, she provided clear and straightforward advice—even when it wasn’t necessarily what I hoped to hear—which I greatly appreciated. Her guidance was always communicated in an accessible and reassuring manner, making difficult decisions much easier to navigate.
Throughout the process, Sarah maintained excellent communication. Whether via email or phone, I was consistently kept informed and felt confident in the progression of my case. As a first time buyer, the process can be quite daunting however Sara and the team were amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for more! Communication was great keeping us updated every step of the way, and we never felt that we couldn’t ask questions (and we had quite a few!) Churchers clearly work as a team as we had dealings with several people in the company who all were extremely helpful. When it was nearing exchange and completion the team when above and beyond again to help us complete on the day we had hoped for and we would like to also thank Dawn who deals with the final stages of the process for her help and support with this. I would most definitely use Churchers and Sara again and would highly recommend their services.

I called for some advice, I was speaking to Andrew within three minutes. He immediately reassured me, apologised for what I was going through (very thoughtful) and then explained a very potentially complicated course of actions to me in a way that I could follow, take notes of and interact with. He is a star. I have used Churchers over the years for various matters - they never disappoint, and Andrew deserves a medal!
