I had the pleasure to have Lydia’s assistance to deal with a settlement agreement with my employer. She was very communicative, flexible and reliable from start to finish and made a stressful process feel smooth and easy to go through. From our initial phone call, through our face to face meeting and all subsequent interactions Lydia was always very clear and transparent about the process - and costs, and pragmatic in the advice she provided. Advice on Settlement Agreement

I have used Thackray Williams previously, so they were a first choice for support and advice on a settlement agreement with my employer. Lydia Button was able to schedule a prompt meeting, with flexibility of in person or virtual meeting. Despite the short notice she had reviewed the documents in detail and was able to provide good counsel, not seeking to change things unnecessarily, just providing good explanations and advice and changes only where necessary. She always responded promptly to further queries, and the agreement is now settled.

Very positive experience with Thackray Williams for the conveyancing on our house purchase

We had a very positive experience with Thackray Williams for the conveyancing on our house purchase. The team were professional, responsive and clear throughout the process, keeping us updated and explaining matters when needed. Buying a property can be stressful, particularly when timescales change or issues arise, but we always felt that our matter was being progressed and that we could get a response when we needed one. The team were thorough, approachable and helped get everything through to completion successfully. We were very pleased with the service provided and would happily recommend Thackray Williams to anyone looking for a reliable conveyancing solicitor.

Helpful and considerate

Selling my mother’s home we found Andrew & Claire at Thackray Williams professional, helpful and understanding. The whole process from offer to the buyers moving in was completed in 6 weeks 6 days. Despite a Land Registry issue arising from a previous firm of solicitors. It was nice to have trust in Thackray William.
