I have been very impressed with Justine for her professional and timely response to work that she was engaged to do. It has been a refreshing change working with Justine as often I have had to chase for replies, however this was not the case with Justine and the work was advised upon, carried out and finalised in a professional manner.

we've heard a lot of solicitor horror stories from friends when it comes to buying a flat, but our experience of Brachers couldn't have been more different. across two different solicitors (our initial one left before completion) we had constant support. I worked with Karen Goss from Brachers on a solicitor/agent capacity. I deal with many solicitors on a daily basis on behalf of both sellers and buyers and Brachers are at the top of my highly recommended solicitors list. It was a pleasure to work with Karen on what was a tricky and stressful case due to another part of the chain but she was highly professional and communicative at all times with us as an agent so we could help to push it along to what was a very tight deadline. I very much hope that we can work together on other cases in the future and continue a great solicitor/agent relationship which is something hard to come by.

I`am profoundly Deaf and sign language fluently, the settlement agreement statement in where some not quite understand of how work nor trying to think for response to question/answer, therefore the solicitors has been explain throughout those statement to help me to understand all the section regulations within how laws work as is. with remotely via BSL interpreter translators are also extra helpful that are great belief for between solicitors and client ( Deaf Users) this seem a good moral boost confidence of importance for all clients to understand and fairly in reasonable within accessible communication.

I have been trying to pursue a medical negligence claim for some time now and this keeps being delayedt by my doctor/consultants coming up with new excuses and recently I was mis diagnosed, I contacted this solicitors to try and take action against the party's concerned and highlighted the moving goal post I had experience. And this was why my original issue was several years ago and it is because I am now aware that there is an issue as they keep coming up with new excuses which I have to research to clarify the ventality of the doctors or hospitals claims. And so when I become aware that there can new claims are not valid this is from the date that the three years date applies. Having spoken to young lady she asked me which having spoken to young lady she asked me which trusts or hospitals etc was I looking to seek redress with. I mentioned the hospitals and she clearly stated that the firm could not pursue a claim in my case as it was a conflict of interest. This is the most honest that has solicitor has been with me in regard to this matter most just say I cannot help you goodbye. as you only have a set period of time to take the case to court this is disgusting I'm hats off to this company for stating that it was a conflict of interest and they are now going to recommend solicitors out of the area who may be able to assist me and I am waiting her email as I write this. They seem to have good integrity.

Having had bad experiences with Solicitors in the past, I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Brachers. Queries were dealt with professionally and timely, at no time were we left out of the loop - If I could only say the same about the Solicitors of the couple who purchased our property used. Tim was excellent in ensuring that we understood what was happening at all times and even chasing down the third party when they went MIA. Would not hesitate to use their services again when required!

I cannot recommend Brachers highly enough, Tim Lancaster was our conveyancer and was superb throughout the transaction. He is very diligent, responsive and demonstrates great client care. As a company they have been very professional and although there were some teething problems with client take on at the outset I would say that the team were very responsive and helpful in rectifying the technical problems.
