    Very experienced and knowledgeable Wills and Probate Solicitor!

    Making a new Will can often be a difficult process yet with Kalpa it was nothing but a real pleasure and a great learning experience working with her. Kalpa is a fantastic, detailed, thorough and tenacious problem solver and trouble shooter so any stumbling blocks that you may come across in making your new Will then Kalpa will do her utmost best to try and resolve the issues regardless of if your Will is a simple or more complex one. One of my friends recommended her to me and I have now recommended her to my friends because Kalpa is such a good solicitor who make things simple clear and easy for you to understand and gives you a very high level of customer service which is professional yet personalised and friendly as well.

    Excellent service from initial phone enquiry through to completion

    Initial phone enquiry was clear and unhurried. Angela discussed a range of issues surrounding my estate and the implications. First consultation was informative and it was easy to work out a plan for the Will. Emails and phone calls were promptly returned and answered.     Meticulous, sensitive and great communication in dealing with probate. The case was a bit complex and involved other third parties. Sometimes I felt things were moving a bit too slowly. The senior solicitor was on maternity leave. Her deputy was lovely and worked hard but sometimes needed better support from within GS I felt.

    Mandeep Clair from Grant Saw Greenwich dealt with my instruction effectively, and sensitively. She was very approachable and easy to communicate with. Phone calls and emails all promptly returned. What makes Mandeep special is how she dealt with my elderly mother. My mother felt comfortable and confident and felt listened to.     Jeremy Brooks was extremely helpful in dealing with my fathers estate. Keeping me up to date with everything in the process that was going on, either by phone, or email. He always took the time to explain in lay mans terms some of the legalities and situations that were unfolding. I would definitely recommend him as a solicitor to work with.

At all times Sarah was professional, helpful and quick to highlight any problems we might have had. this was particularly important as we had had an earlier failed sale.
