Temi was helpful in providing legal advice during our initial consultation. Following on he provided an appropriate letter giving notice to a third party to exit our property. It was carefully written to accommodate the age of the person concerned but also clear and effective.

We appointed Boys and Maughan to draft new wills for us. The guidance we received was first-class, and the draft wills were extremely close to what we wanted. After just a couple of detail amendments, the wills were ready for signing. We were made to feel very welcome and the attention to detail was excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending Boys and Maughan.

A meticulous approach and her guidance and timely communication didn’t go unnoticed. Her legal secretary, Meg Morris also was easily contactable and was highly efficient. We cannot thank our Boys and Maughan Canterbury office enough for the outstanding service we received, and in particular, Gemma has been absolutely amazing. Our house sale was completed in just 9 weeks — or effectively 7 working weeks due to Christmas, which is truly incredible and far beyond what we expected.
