Jonathan acted for us jointly in finalising the Financial Order following our divorce. From the outset, my ex husband and I wanted the process to be fair, respectful and amicable, and Jonathan was instrumental in helping us achieve that. He always approached matters with professionalism, patience and integrity, taking the time to ensure that we both understood our options and felt comfortable with the decisions being made. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Alan Kirkaldie Karen Redmond and Jonathan De Costa who have worked hard so hard and to get an agreement and managed to settle my divorce. It was a very complicated case that had been ongoing for 4 years. With out their professional expertise it would still be ongoing I cannot thank them enough. We cannot thank our Boys and Maughan Canterbury office enough for the outstanding service we received, and in particular, Gemma has been absolutely amazing.
