    Complex personal damage claim

    Excellent service. Simon was very understanding and kind throughout what was an emotional rollercoaster for myself and my husband. Nothing is either straightforward or easy to understand in what was a new and legally difficult case however, Simon helped us through the complete process and was on hand at every step to ensure we were aware of exactly what was going on and any possible risk there could be.

    It was very long and complicated case. Our first solicitor Geena Parsons has left the firm without warning , with very poor communication and just forwarded our case to another solicitor without consulting with us. We didn't have any choice as to accept this change, but it involved more time, more stress and much more money. We had to agree to consult a barrister as our solicitor was unable to deal with the case on his own and this was a very expensive process. But this consultation has resolved our issue almost immediately and we just regret that it was not done sooner. Nobody informed us that it can be done rather that costly exchange of letters with solicitors. A very stressful experience overall. But the matter was resolved positively in the end.     Flawless execution and comes highly recommended

    In short, George is an exceptional solicitor who (and in my case) demonstrated a calming voice during a high-value commercial matter. George is a consummate professional, one who provided clear, comprehensive guidance from the outset. His no-rush, thoughtful strategy led to a welcome outcome. Moreover, and unlike other solicitors, George does not watch the clock. Instead, the approach being one of cost reduction and for his client to receive the very best outcome possible.       As I have used Boys & Maughan in the past, when my husband died last year I needed legal help, so went straight to my local solicitors. I was was met with extreme professional help and kindness from solicitor (especially Mark Baines), to secretaries and receptionist; whoever I spoke to. Every thing was sorted very smoothly and efficiently and I was kept aware of what was happening at all times.       We cannot thank our Boys and Maughan Canterbury office enough for the outstanding service we received, and in particular, Gemma has been absolutely amazing. Our house sale was completed in just 9 weeks — or effectively 7 working weeks due to Christmas, which is truly incredible and far beyond what we expected.
