We worked with Warners Solicitor, specifically Jane Bohill for the purchase of our first home from July to November 2025. We are so grateful for her support and her attention to detail was second to none. Total lack of competence from conveyancing team. Do not understand the basics of how leases and share-of-freeholds work (maybe they only know freehold houses?). Property sale failed when they demanded private personal information on the neighbours (invasion of a third party's privacy).
