I approached Warners in Tonbridge to supply me a complex Will. I chose Warners as I had used them in 2019 to help me buy a home and found them very professional. Again they provided me with informed advice and suggestions, this time to supply me with a Will suitable for resolving my complex issues. The Will was not cheap, but Kate Barker explained the charges initially and gave an estimated range of the likely charges I would incur. My Will now includes a trust to come into force. If you want a Will that costs very little you probably should look elsewhere, unless it is very simple. The final costs fell within the range Kate Barker advised at the outset, and which I agreed to. I enjoyed discussing the options and accepting advice from Kate Barker and Warners, supported by Kelly with her admin skills.

I have used Warners a few years ago for a commercial contract dispute and the solicitor then was quite responsive. Attempted to get some advice only for a Wills and Probate matter and have been told to go elsewhere. Don't waste your time - use a firm that actually cares about existing clients...

It’s taken this firm seven years ( that’s nearly a decade!) to sort out my late fathers estate! They still haven’t finished dealing with it.

Georgia walked us through our sale and purchase of our house move. Communication was prompt, accurate and succinct and jargon free. There was a nice personal approach as well as being always professional. In her absence, the office provided excellent support. A major hiccup occured when one of the chain solicitors was suspended from practising. Georgia managed the transition to be as painless as possible. In an always stressful process, Georgia ensured that the legal bit was as stress free as reasonably possible.
