This was the second time I have used Easthams Solicitors and once again I had a very positive experience. Kim O’Hara was excellent throughout - professional, organised and very supportive during what was quite a complex and time-sensitive transfer of equity and mortgage transfer matter. She kept matters progressing smoothly despite tight timelines and was always helpful and responsive. Adele Woodhouse was equally proactive and efficient in ensuring completion took place smoothly within the required timeframe, which was greatly appreciated given the pressure around deadlines. Overall, I found the team very professional and easy to deal with and would happily recommend Easthams Solicitors to others requiring conveyancing or transfer of equity support.

Debbie was exceptional and helped us manage a sale with a buyer & buyers solicitors who were difficult at best & unprofessional at worst. Estate agents were weak managing buyer & buyers solicitors & could have done more. Debbie was excellent giving regular timely and concise updates where needed and really friendly and great to work with. Huge thank you to Debbie & the easthams team i would always go back if needed

We recently purchased a house we were desperate to buy after falling in love with it immediately, and thankfully it went through without any issues, mainly thanks to Easthams. We were recommended them by our estate agent as wanted the best, due to competition for this house. We were welcomed and served by Kim and Adele, and we could not speak highly enough of them. They were both extremely efficient and professional, often chasing us when they were waiting on our documents, and we know they were also chasing the vendors’ solicitors.
