After having a work accident I contacted Eastham solicitors to discuss if I could claim compensation. After several messages I was told I could claim and went ahead with it My solicitor who dealt with the claim kept me up to date with everything which was happening with my claim and eventually I was awarded compensation . I was happy with the company my solicitor who dealt with the claim and would use again if ever need .

Do not bother wasting your time with these solicitors. It has taken two years to make a claim that I fell down the stairs at work. There was no lighting or signage. It should be an easy case but they take very long and there is lack of communication and now it’s too late for me to go find a better solicitor.

A very poor service. They took far too long to deal with my case and then closed it without helping me.

Unfortunately, a waste of time. I am a victim of personal injury, reporting extended burns on my arms following laser hair removal treatment. They took my case saying that "they wouldn't take cases if they didn't know they could win". I even agreed to pay an "insurance" to cover their costs in case they didn't. All they did was to send the clinic a banal email asking for their insurance details. The clinic has since changed their "owner" and is not replying. 3 months since having appointed them, it has been now more than a month that my case has been "escalated to a solicitor" to check if it's worth (for them) going to court. Total waste of time. I would not recommend. UPDATE: they obviously decided not to proceed. The "viability" is about their own compensation, not about the win. I will try to pursue this on my own through small claim court.

I would like to thank Rachel for her outstanding support and professionalism throughout my claim. She kept me informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and was always available to answer any questions I had. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and compassionate approach made what could have been a stressful process much easier. i can’t imagine the positive reviews are genuine . unless the company has completely rebranded and hired new staff in the past few months… i had very simple case that was an easy win. after 6 months of terrible communication from lorraine i was passed to my solicitor Faye . absolutely abhorrent service yet again, wouldn’t even pick up the call preferred to talk over email which is incredibly frustrating. in one email i typed really quickly whilst working i made a mistake which over the phone would’ve been easily rectified but over email it looked really bad. Faye then set up for me to meet with her doctor which i’d been waiting months for so i was excited . then she instantly cancelled the appointment because she no longer trusted me after that email. which could’ve easily been rectified had she the decency to answer the phone. i work in sales so customer service is a specialty of mine. Lorraine and Faye and the whole of easthams solicitors lack this attribute to the highest degree. absolutely awful service . passed the case to my new claim company and the process is splendid with constant reassurance and easy to contact and nothings to much to ask. what an absolute shame. wasted 6 months with this lot . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
