The best solicitors around for a work place injury. I made a claim the evening of my accident and had a phone call from them the following morning. Kendall dealt with my claim quickly, efficiently and with care. I was always kept up with any updates during my claim. The app is also great as you can directly speak with the solicitor dealing with your case. Should I ever be unfortunate to have a work place accident again I would 100% use them. Do not bother wasting your time with these solicitors. It has taken two years to make a claim that I fell down the stairs at work. There was no lighting or signage. It should be an easy case but they take very long and there is lack of communication and now it’s too late for me to go find a better solicitor.

A very poor service. They took far too long to deal with my case and then closed it without helping me.
Since receiving this review we have been able to explain our decision in more detail and we hope you have a better understanding of why we were unable to take your claim further.
Unfortunately, a waste of time. I am a victim of personal injury, reporting extended burns on my arms following laser hair removal treatment. They took my case saying that "they wouldn't take cases if they didn't know they could win". I even agreed to pay an "insurance" to cover their costs in case they didn't. All they did was to send the clinic a banal email asking for their insurance details. The clinic has since changed their "owner" and is not replying. 3 months since having appointed them, it has been now more than a month that my case has been "escalated to a solicitor" to check if it's worth (for them) going to court. Total waste of time. I would not recommend. UPDATE: they obviously decided not to proceed. The "viability" is about their own compensation, not about the win. I will try to pursue this on my own through small claim court.

Hannah, Harriet and everyone at Easthams have been wonderful to deal with. The receptionist is lovely too and always really helpful. This is the second time I’ve used Hannah for conveyancing, and once again, she has been professional, helpful and empathetic throughout. The whole process has been smooth, and I’ve been kept in the loop every step of the way by both Hannah and Harriet. They really do put their clients first and are very accommodating. They were always happy to communicate with me by email, telephone or face-to-face, especially when I was feeling unsure or worried about the process. From the moment that I decided to sell my late Mother's house, both Kim and Adele were amazing in helping me through the process. As a first time seller, I had absolutely no clue of what to do but Kim and Adele kept in constant communication with both me and my partner about what we need to do and what was happening. It wasn't the easiest of sales but Kim and Adele did all they could to make sure everything went as well as it could and we eventually got over the finishing like thanks to all of their hard work.
