    Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

    I used Tom at Butcher & Barlow to negotiate a commercial lease on our new premises. Despite numerous obstacles, delays and timeline pressure he responded to every email and returned every phone call within 24 hours. His guidance remained calm and resolute throughout which gave me a lot of confidence with an unfamiliar process. He was trustworthy and fair priced. So much so I have now used the company's services for will writing and employment law.

    Our experience

    We feel that the guidance received in choosing the different options was explained very clearly and with transparent potential costs. At all stages communicates were excellent and the complexity of the legal documents were broken down and simplified for our understanding. From beginning to end everything was dealt with. Not knowing how to proceed with the Deputyship and the full assessments required we were more than pleased with the results and outcomes. Due to this we carried on and completed both our wills and Lasting Power of Attorney ensuring we are covered for the near future. Thank you.

    My brother and I appointed Butcher & Barlow as our solicitors to advise and support during the administration of probate on our late father's estate.       We have used Butcher & Barlow to buy our new house and as first time buyers they have been great at explaining the whole process and also keeping us in the loop. We didnt feel the need to chase for updates as we knew they were working hard to get our house sorted and gave us plenty of updates when we did ask as we were unsure mainly due to the sellers.
