    Resolving a parking dispute with my neighbour

    I contacted Butcher and Barlow, as I have used these solicitors for many years, with my will and POA. I was directed to Paige Lester and was able to get an immediate face to face appointment to see her. At the time, I just needed advice, as I was lost as to how to resolve my problem. Paige immediately understood the problem and pointed me in the right direction to hopefully resolve the issue. After exploring what she suggested, we found an area in my Transfer Documents, which spelled out what could be actioned. Paige complied a letter to this effect and it was then sent to my neighbour. Since then, the problem seems to have been resolved and I am hoping this will continue. I can't thank Paige enough for all her wisdom and help and I know that if the problem should return, that I can go back to her for more help.

    Excellent Service and Smooth Lease Extension Process

    Kelly provided an excellent service throughout my lease extension process. She kept me updated at every stage, explained everything clearly, and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, including dealing with my mortgage lender and the completion formalities. I really appreciated her attention to detail and support throughout what could have been a stressful process. We didnt feel the need to chase for updates as we knew they were working hard to get our house sorted and gave us plenty of updates when we did ask as we were unsure mainly due to the sellers.     Shocking shocking shocking! Mistakes throughout including not paying the stamp duty on our property and not sending completed documents to trust Green to complete sale leaving us open to payment demands months later. The list is endless but 10 months on we are still tripping up on the shortcuts they made. Do not use butcher and Barlow for purchase and sale of Northwich properties.
