Rita previously worked with us to secure our children's UK passports, and their name change by deed poll. Hugely successful, helping us to navigate through the HO processes which are at best complex and less than responsive. It was therefore with great pleasure and confidence that we engaged Rita and Evelyn again to assist with Dora's ILR submission. Having both Rita and Evelyn on board was key to this submission, enabling a seamless and continuous pressure to be maintained and driving the submission through to a successful conclusion. Professional. friendly and knowledgeable solicitors who listen, understand, and show empathy. The Richard Nelson team were wonderful at every touch point. They were more than a solicitor and there in my hour of need. When other firms told me I had no rights and they couldn't do anything, this wonderful team listened, understood, were empathetic and provided a professional service. As a lawyer myself it was interesting for me to see things from the other side.
