Excellent as always

Malcolm has supported throughout my spouses journey to being settled in the UK. The response from the Home Office is always prompt and efficient. This final time it took longer then usual but still well before the Home Office timeframe. Malcolm provided reassurance throughout the time and was prompt in responding to any questions we had. 4-5 year long DBS claim

Overall, I have had a good experience with Latoya, she is a nice person. The only reason why I didn't give five stars was because she didn't have much faith at the beginning and if it wasn't for my determination to seek another opinion I probably wouldn't of got this far.
