Professional and friendly service, sometimes slow with replying to emails but when I called I was always able to speak to someone on the same day. Clear pricing from the outset. And we have now happily moved house!

We first used Glover Priest Solicitors for our very first house purchase back in 2020, and because that went so smoothly, using them again for our most recent home purchase was an easy choice. Once again, we are absolutely thrilled with the service we received! A special shoutout to Jake and Poppy, who were amazing throughout the entire process. They were super responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and quick at every stage, keeping us informed from start to finish. Moving house can be stressful, but they made all the difference. We’d recommend Glover Priest, specifically Jake and Poppy.

We were very happy with our recent experience of Glover Priest, specifically Chloe Spencer and Jordan Whyley. This was for the conveyancing of the Sale of a Leasehold apartment. We specifically requested Chloe and Jordan as they had acted for us on 2 previous occasions. Given the extra complications of a Leasehold property we were very pleased with how the transaction and process was managed, completing in approximately 3 months. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Having dealt with Glover Priest regarding a few transactions we have been extremely happy with the service provided by Laura and Hayley who recently went above and beyond recently chasing the lender to achieve a timely solution.

We used Glover Priest for our first home purchase and cannot recommend them highly enough. Roxanne handled our case from start to finish and was absolutely outstanding throughout. As first time buyers, the conveyancing process felt daunting at times, but Roxanne kept us informed at every single stage, even when there was nothing to report, which made such a difference to our peace of mind. She navigated searches, enquiries, proof of funds and a tight completion timeline with complete professionalism and patience. Kelly also provided brilliant support behind the scenes and nothing was ever too much trouble. We completed on time and the whole experience was far less stressful than we anticipated. Huge thanks again to Roxanne and the team!

Thank you, Charlie, for your kind feedback and continued trust in Chloe and Jordan. We are pleased they provided an efficient and straightforward service, and we greatly appreciate your recommendation.
In house sale from parents to me, we were allocated this branch and my parents allocated the Stourbridge office due to conflict of interest. Thankfully, we had the competent, efficient Lichfield office thanks to Rhys. My parents had the misfortune of having the incompetent Stourbridge office - this also highlighted the contrast in the level of service we received. Thanks to Rhys for supporting us through this process and for being friendly and approachable.

Currently starting the legal process of buying and selling and was comparing quotes, spoke to a lady from GloverPriest called Amy. She was very helpful and even offered to look at quotes which I had received from different companies to find out if there was any hidden costs they hadn’t outlined which I took her up on. She was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed, on this basis I chose to go with GloverPriest. Have used them previously and they were very good!
Thank you for your feedback, Tom. We’re pleased to hear that Amy was so helpful and transparent in guiding you through your options and reviewing your quotes, and that you had the confidence in us to choose us again.

Navigating family law proceedings is never easy, but working with Pavneet Matharu and Eleanor Hollis made all the difference. They provided not only expert legal advice but also genuine empathy, clarity, and steady support throughout. Pavneet and Eleanor were always proactive, meticulous, and focused on reaching the best possible outcome for my family. I am deeply grateful for everything they have done for me. From the very offset, Pavneet helped me through the most difficult part of starting by being fast and responsive and working around my schedule to get an application ready and prepared as soon as possible. The speed and efficiency they showed was paramount in supporting my applications. In this case, it worked out and I secured my daughters location at home. I would without a doubt request them again if the situation ever arose once again
We’re grateful you’ve shared your experience. Pavneet and Eleanor will be pleased to know their guidance, responsiveness and support helped you through such a challenging time and achieve a positive outcome for your family. We wish you and your daughter all the best for the future.

Kimberly and her supporting team have been nothing but helpful, professional and efficient in managing my conveyancing requirements. Her due diligence, attention to detail and skill provided me with assurance throughout an initial purchase which fell through and a second purchase which completed successfully. If it wasn't for her no-nonsense guidance and advice, I may have purchased a property that could have become a future nightmare, so I am extremely grateful. I would recommend GloverPriest to anyone!

Solicitors can often get a bad rap for cumbersome processes, poor comms and unwarranted delays so it came as welcome surprise that the service we received for our sale transaction from Glover Priest in the guise of Harmandeep Atwal and Kimberly Marshall was exemplary in all respects; particularly noteworthy were the timely status updates all leading to a seamless transaction, thank you, definitely recommended.
