The worst solicitors ever for family law Nicola McCourt she gets the bad people off and the good people get reprimanded I’ve had several bad reports about Nicola and they all say the same and they don’t care about disabled people with health problems

They are not great. Probably dont want NHS work. But what lawyers are great? Actually spent £30,000 at one point Keep away from Lawyers!

I instructed Megan Whittaker over a Clinical Negligence case. Despite blips along the way, Megan worked very hard indeed to get the case resolved. I cannot speak highly enough of her, she's an excellent Solicitor and very experienced. Should I have further need of a Solicitor, Megan will be my first port of call.

Dreadful company do not touch. Charging for the same repetitive email, constant errors in correspondence and last minute cancellation of important meetings. Finally I went to court only to find there was missing important documents which was evidence for my case. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Based on their aggressive, anti health profession radio advert which ironically proclaims that solicitors treat people more humanely than health workers (while happily relieving you of a healthy percentage from any compensation which you're awarded). I would be dubious about recommending Ringrose Law to anyone.

These solicitors dealt with an uncooperative, hostile ex-partner to help me obtain a divorce. They did take some time to do get the process done, due to the ridiculousness of the situation, but ultimately they provided me with an excellent service with the understanding and support I needed to get through it. It was a frustrating experience, but one made better with the solicitors empathy towards my somewhat unique situation. If you're faced with an uncooperative ex-partner and need a divorce, I cannot recommend these enough. Thank you Ringrose.

I feel there could have been more verbal communication. The first problem we had, was about 5 to 6 weeks into the process, one of the staff actually rang asking why are we selling instead of the owner of the house. I said my mother died 2 months ago. They then asked for death certificate, which should have been asked for at the beginning. There was no apology or sorry for your loss. We only had a buyer, no chain but still took 5 months. If it wasn't our estate agent letting us know what was happening we would have been totally lost. She would say on a Monday, buyer solicitors have emailed Ringrose for certain information and Ringrose wouldn't get intouch with us until Friday afternoon. It would then take another week before anything was done. When any important information was needed from us I would take it personally to the receptionist hoping things would move quicker, but it didn't. When it came to asking when the buyers could move in, I said before 1st June as we were going on holiday. I felt we were ignored as they rang while we were away.
