Throughout this complex case Kieran been supportive solicitor as his team and barrister and guided me so much and without them I would still be suffering in silence and not being able to express my case. Ringrose have helped us settle with a neglilgent driver who caused an accident involving our late father. Although the defendants were slow, inefficient and downright obstructive, Krysz carried on pushing and plugging, keeping us updated and advising us well. Avoid if trying to purchase a house. Especially your first where you need a little extra hand holding.

From start to finish we were put at ease, plenty of time was given to explaining the whole process to us.

Firm was able to preform the necessary searches for my conveyancing. There rates were very high however, and was taken out of the deposit (so on a partial refund) Unable to proceed citing that the building fell under the 2022 safety act, which my current solicitor found no fault with. Was left waiting multiple weeks until I was told about their decision. It required multiple calls and emails to get a response as to why.

Sale of property, Probate, Inheritance Tax, well done by Kate Twigg and her team,cash payments to recipients of the will I was kept informed at all times until completion. Buyer was difficult re payment time , entry date , changed his solicitor 3 times which which extended the closing of date of sale. Agreed and entry date 5/6 months. Ringrose Conveyancing team Led by Frances Aitchison-Boundy, & assistant solicitors, Leanne Green, Irka Kahn ,Millie Hunt, Kept me updated at every change, step of the procedure which at times was frustrating because of the buyer’s changing his solicitor on 3 occasions, and getting an entry date and transfer of contracts completed. on a schedule suitable to him, eventually after 5/6 months the sale and dates agreed.
